Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. During peak periods (October–December), dispatch may take up to 3–4 working days.

  • UK Orders are sent via Yodel, with delivery typically taking 2–5 working days from dispatch.

  • For orders placed after 4:30 PM, the working day starts from 8 AM the following day.

  • Small items (under 500g to EU, or under 999g to Zones 5 & 6) are shipped via DHL Packet Plus, which is tracked and offers signature on delivery in most regions.

Additional Notes

  • 📦 Orders under £3 item total will incur a £1 small order fee to cover handling and packing.

  • ❌ We do not ship to PO Box addresses within the UK.

  • 📬 For BFPO addresses, please contact us before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

Faulty Items

If your order arrives faulty or incomplete, notify us within 72 hours of receipt via email or our Contact page.

  • Faults due to misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

  • For items under £15 (excluding silver jewellery), we may request photographic evidence instead of a return.

  • Damaged silver jewellery must be returned as a 2nd Class Large Letter – we will advise you if this is necessary.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, typically within 30 days of receiving your return. Ensure your contact and payment details (especially PayPal email) are up to date.

Non-Delivery

If your order hasn’t arrived within 2 weeks, it may be classified as undelivered. You must report missing or damaged items within 21 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

If a return is required, you must contact us first with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm whether a return is needed and provide instructions.
